This is what I want to say to a lot of people I know:
"Your anger disgusts me."
But your anger is the same is mine.
So what I should really say is:
"My anger disgusts me."
But the thing is, while I work and work and work to let go and not be angry anymore I will still have to deal with your stupid anger. And it makes me angry at you.
