there are some people who know impressive amounts of facts and are full of all sorts of information, despite the fact that they rarely think about what they are saying. sometimes these people think that if they give you more and more information it will substitute for the fact that they don't know what to do with the information they have. if you hand someone a book of information they will be informed. if you make them think about it, maybe they will change.
