I am trying to recognize my face, here in these photos. But I can't. Or won't.
My eyes seem crossed, or lazy, or stupefied -- avoiding the lens. Sliding away, at just the last second, from that ever-searching curve of glass that is trying, trying so hard, to tell me something.
