There is something growing in my right nostril. I don't know what it is. Sometimes it's itchy and sometimes it hurts and sometimes it gets really dry and peely and red. Maybe you don't understand. THERE IS SOMETHING LIVING IN MY NOSE! What if my nose swells into a big bulbous infected welt? What if it falls off and you all stop being my friends because I no longer have a nose. MAKE IT STOP!
